Refunds and returns – Classes, events and vouchers

Refunds and returns policy Policies vary based on whether you have purchased a physical product or not.

If have booked a cookery class and wish to cancel, but have not given us at least 7 days notice, we are unable to refund .

If have booked an offsite event and wish to cancel, but have not given us at least 7 days notice, we are unable to refund your deposit.

Gift vouchers and other digital products are not refundable.
