Why Choose the Future Food Lab?

Our sustainable food workshops for schools bridge the gap between Geography, Science, and Food Technology. By introducing entomophagy (edible insects) in a controlled, educational environment, we help students evaluate alternative protein sources critically. It’s more than just a cooking class; it’s a STEM-based exploration of how we will feed a growing planet.
