What do they taste like
Locusts have a very mild meaty taste. They are the perfect starter bug as they are truly delicious.
Processing method
Our locusts are dried in industrial microwave driers. This process removes most of the moisture (only 5% left) leaving the locusts crunchy and tasty. The product contains no added preservatives or flavouring.
