Refunds and returns policy Policies vary based on whether you have purchased a physical product or not.

Returns – Returning an Item

Return policy will vary depending on the type of item purchased:

Dried edible insects – We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original unopened packaging, in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and unused, and only then will we refund or exchange. Payment of return cost is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked method of delivery or obtain a proof of delivery. We will not accept any liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

Digital product and gift vouchers – No returns or exchanges.

Cookery classes and events  –  We can only offer refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance. If you cannot attend, however, please let us know and we will do our best to try and fill your space so we can refund/part refund you.

Off-site team building events and cookery classes   –  We can only offer refunds if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
