- Add the dried fava beans or other dried salty snacks to the same bowl

- Choose Your Base: Start with your favorite crunchy mix—roasted fava beans, spicy chickpeas, Bombay mix, or any similar savory snack. These pair especially well with the nutty flavor of dried edible insects.
- Add the Protein Boost: Stir in dried edible insects of your choice for extra crunch and a high-protein upgrade. We suggest either dried edible crickets or edible mealworms or an edible insect mix.
- Optional additional seasoning: If you want add more flavour, you can add bold flavors like chili, smoked paprika, cumin, or garlic. A light dusting of spice helps tie everything together.
- Mix & Match: Try different ratios depending on how prominent you want the insect flavor to be—start small and adjust.
