Powder or flour ?

We sell cricket flour, also known as cricket powder, to order. We are using the two terms interchangeably since both are made with 100% edible dried crickets. You will find that some companies are calling “cricket flour”, a regular flour made with grains, where a small percentage of milled crickets has been added.
Our powder [or flour] is 100% milled from whole crickets, so it has a nutritional profile high in protein, which is roughly three times the protein content of meat. In addition it contains, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, making it the perfect superfood.
